Thank You to All Who Helped Make Wildwood Weekend a Roaring Success
We would like to take a moment to thank all of you who made Wildwood Weekend 2018 a roaring success! Without your donations, time, and support we wouldn't be able to keep honoring the legacy of our namesake, Lt. Chris Hunter.
This year, our tent was set up on the street right outside of the Wildwood Convention Center next to MES, who so graciously let us be part of their own display for the weekend. The foot traffic visiting our tent was overwhelming and we cannot thank all of you who stopped by to ask questions, donate to our cause, or simply to say hi.
We would be remiss if we didn't offer a huge thank you to the members of the Hope Hose Co. #2 out of Beverly, New Jersey for their donation. The members of this department hold an annual golf outing every year during the Wildwood Convention to not only honor Lt. Hunter but to make a donation to our foundation. Their support has and always will be appreciated.
Congratulations go out to the winner of this year's wheelbarrow of cheer, who can be seen in the picture at the top of this post. We thank you for supporting our cause and hope to see you again next year in Wildwood.
With Wildwood in the rearview mirror we are looking ahead to October, November, and beyond. Tickets for the 3rd Annual Beef and Beer go on sale October 1. The event will be held November 17 at The Venue at Lenola from 7pm-11:30pm. We hope to see all of you there.
Thank you again to everyone who stopped by our tent in Wildwood and those who donated to our wheelbarrow of cheer. Your generosity and support are appreciated more than you could ever know. Be sure to visit us online for more information.
